01

What are these terms for?

These terms of use set out the framework for browsing the Loocas websites published by SUCHET & BUTTIER. They are not an order form and do not trigger any payment.

Browsing does not amount to accepting a subscription, assigning rights or consenting to marketing. Features requiring an account or contract will open only with appropriate information and a recorded acceptance of the relevant terms.

02

Common rules, tailored terms

The professional sales terms govern paid services. The e-commerce, retailer, brand and creator conditions explain the relevant offerings. The collaboration charter applies to both paid and gifted-product missions.

The reviews, scan and reporting policies supplement these terms. The privacy policy separately explains personal-data processing. A data processing agreement is required when Loocas processes data on a business customer’s behalf.

03

What is available today

The website presents interactive examples and an indicative pricing grid. Example reviews and content are fictional and must not be used as proof of purchase, actual ratings, offers to sell a product or authentic food analyses.

Login forms are in preparation. The server does not create authenticated sessions, verify accounts or send requests to Google or Apple. Do not enter real credentials. No password-reset email is sent.

Features described as future may change before launch; a demonstration does not guarantee an availability date. Services already ordered remain governed by their contract.

04

Access and reasonable use

You can browse the website without an account, subject to your own internet access. Future professional accounts will be for adults authorised to bind their organisation or acting for their own professional activity.

Any future consumer account will have rules appropriate to its audience and age before launch. Current browsing does not require age information.

Do not impersonate others, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass safeguards, disrupt the service or attempt to access unauthorised data or spaces. Uses permitted by an open licence and statutory exceptions remain available.

05

Clearly identified content

Customer reviews, seller feedback, creator videos, advertisements, product data and AI summaries must remain distinguishable. A summary does not create an additional review or replace its sources.

A match, audience score or directory listing does not guarantee product quality, commercial performance or income. No operational individual score or ranking is calculated in the current demonstration.

At launch, contributed content must be lawful, respect third-party rights and describe a real experience when presented as such. Distribution agreements will define the rights granted precisely; browsing alone transfers no rights.

The complaints process envisages an initial AI decision where permitted, with referral to a human where required. Challenges, free remedies and optional assessments are described in the AI moderation policy.

06

Links and third-party services

Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own terms. A link is not a general endorsement of that service. Before embedding a social player, authentication provider or product database, its technical terms and privacy obligations must be assessed.

In the current version, Google and Apple links stay on Loocas and display a service-unavailable notice. They do not grant access to your social account.

07

Availability and liability

Loocas uses reasonable measures appropriate to the website actually provided. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents or events outside its control. Continuous availability or complete freedom from errors is not promised.

These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including gross or intentional fault, personal injury or breach of an essential obligation. Mandatory consumer and data-subject rights are preserved.

08

Changes and disputes

Each version is dated. Changes affecting an existing contract follow the notice and acceptance requirements of that contract and applicable law; publishing a webpage does not impose them retroactively.

French law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protection in their country of residence. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. Contact the publisher first about difficulties; statutory remedies remain available.

No paid consumer offering is currently open. If one launches, pre-contract information, statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights and details of the competent consumer mediator will be provided before commitment. No mediator membership or certification is claimed without verification.
