01

Scope of this procedure

Review submission, assignments, scanning and messaging are not open in the current version. The displayed content consists of demonstrations. This page does not announce an operational reporting form or ticket system.

For content currently visible on the marketing website, write to contact@suchetbuttier.com, the public contact for SUCHET & BUTTIER, the publisher of Loocas, with the subject ‘Loocas content report’ and the relevant URL. Other publisher details appear in the legal notice. The detailed procedure below is the proposed framework before hosting real contributions; it must be adapted to the service’s classification, size and applicable obligations, including the Digital Services Act.

02

Identifying the request

A request may concern allegedly unlawful content, interference with personal data or intellectual-property rights, suspected review manipulation, an incorrect product match, misleading information or a disputed moderation decision.

A negative review or disagreement with an opinion is not sufficient grounds for removal. A request about an order, refund or warranty should also be addressed to the relevant seller; it is not automatically a notice of unlawful content.

03

Useful information for a report

A report must make it possible to locate the exact content and understand the issue. Limit supporting material to what is necessary and conceal unrelated third-party data. Never send passwords or authentication codes.

  • Exact URL, content or product reference, location on the page and observation date.
  • A sufficiently specific account of the facts and why the content is disputed; the relevant right or rule where known.
  • Relevant context or evidence, without an obligation to publish private documents.
  • Contact details for follow-up and capacity to act where a right is asserted, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  • A statement of good faith concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied.
04

Assessment and possible measures

Initial handling of reports and complaints about reviews is intended to be free. The AI agent may retain a review, remove it or request clarification based on published rules and relevant evidence. It will not invent evidence. Ambiguous legal classifications, material contradictions or potential effects falling within Article 22 GDPR require human examination before adverse action.

The target for an initial decision or reasoned request for clarification is seven working days from receipt of a complete case; the target for human review is fifteen working days. Mandatory deadlines and urgency take precedence. Delays or a need for more information will be explained. Paid status, the review’s tone and use of the free queue must not determine the outcome or cause selective delay.

05

An explained decision

Where a restriction affects content or an account, the affected person must receive the appropriate reasons under applicable law: relevant facts, legal basis or contractual rule, measure, scope, any duration, involvement of automated tools and available challenge routes.

The reporting party must be informed of the decision as required. Information needed to understand it may be shared without unnecessarily disclosing the reporter’s identity, private evidence or third-party data. Legally required exceptions will be taken into account.

The notification will state whether AI contributed to detection or decision-making. The case record will preserve rule and model versions, useful sources and human interventions, while minimising data. Information useful for challenging a decision will not be replaced by the bare statement ‘the algorithm decided’.

06

Requesting a review

A challenge must identify the decision, explain the disputed points and provide useful new information. The planned review should be conducted by an authorised person, with an assessment independent of the challenged decision as far as possible; a contestable decision must not be upheld solely by automation.

Where applicable rules require an internal complaint system or a specific out-of-court route, its conditions and deadlines must be stated. Additional platform obligations are not automatically identical for every service: exemptions related, for example, to size do not remove hosting obligations that remain applicable. Judicial remedies remain available.

If Article 20 DSA applies, an internal complaint must be available electronically and free of charge for at least six months from notification of the decision. If Article 21 applies, information about access to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body must be available without removing the right to go to court.

A free appeal will be overseen by a qualified human empowered to revise the decision. A separate, optional additional commercial service may be offered to a business at a working price of €49 excluding VAT per case, only outside remedies that must be free and after express acceptance of a quotation. It will not condition access to a free remedy, obstruct its queue or guarantee removal. If classification is uncertain, handling will be free.

07

Good faith and confidentiality

Reports must be made in good faith. The mechanism must not be abused to silence a competitor or customer. Any restriction addressing misuse must be proportionate, explained and accompanied by applicable safeguards; rejection of a report alone does not establish bad faith.

Case files will be accessible only to authorised personnel and retained for documented periods connected to handling, appeals and applicable obligations. They will not be used as a commercial database. Personal-data rights are described in the privacy policy.

08

Channels and safeguards to establish

The contact for the current marketing website is contact@suchetbuttier.com. Before contributions open, Loocas must also establish an easy-to-use electronic mechanism, follow-up arrangements and challenge routes corresponding to its role. Parties responsible for products or services must be able to submit reasoned authenticity concerns about reviews free of charge.

This page does not replace procedures available through competent authorities. For consumer issues, SignalConso provides a separate public channel. The absence of an active Loocas tool is neither approval of content nor a waiver of rights. Loocas contact details must be taken from the legal notice, not inferred from a demonstration address or button.
