01

Scope and preparatory status

This proposed framework supplements the general terms for stores and retail networks. It does not announce a compatible hardware fleet or an already activated service. A future order identifies the stores, products, formats and available functions. The objective is to make authorised product reviews and their summaries, together with selected product data, accessible beside the shelf and after a scan.

02

Subscription, locations and hardware

The website proposes €49 excluding VAT per month per store, or €199 excluding VAT per month for five stores, subject to confirmation in an order. Hardware purchase, rental, installation and maintenance are not included. Each included location is identified; an additional store or installation service is not charged without a priced agreement. E-commerce prices and invitation allowances are not automatically included in a retailer plan. A combined offering must describe each scope separately.

03

Display preparation and acceptance

Before deployment, the parties define devices, dimensions, connections, updates and maintenance responsibilities. A test checks readability, product matching and access to detailed information. The store provides a suitable location and complies with the safety, accessibility and information rules applicable to its premises. No electronic label, checkout system, printer or screen brand is deemed compatible by default. Additional adaptations are described and priced before work starts.

04

Information shown to visitors

The display distinguishes the product reference and variant, product rating, review count, provenance and update date. It does not present a product experience as an assessment of the store’s welcome or advice. Visitors have a route suited to the display to consult details, such as a link or code when actually available. The store must not select only favourable comments or alter ratings to improve an aisle’s appearance.

05

AI summaries and checking

A summary reflects the stated corpus and remains identified as AI-generated. Positive points and reservations are retained, with access to source comments. If not all reviews can be processed, the scope used must be stated. No reviews means no review summary. Checking and approval procedures are established before public distribution. A reported error triggers review and, where necessary, correction or withdrawal of affected versions, without presenting the summary as an additional customer review.

06

Food information and other product data

Nutrition, ingredients, additives, processing and environmental indicators use identified data and methodologies, including Open Food Facts where selected. A customer rating is not Nutri-Score, a health rating or an environmental score. Missing, uncertain or inapplicable values remain identified. Analyses replace neither mandatory packaging information nor individual medical advice. Retailers must not turn partial information into a guarantee of no allergens, universal safety or zero environmental impact. Source-specific permissions and attributions remain visible.

07

Updates, withdrawal and offline displays

Synchronisation frequencies and alerts are set in the order; instant updates are not guaranteed. A removed review, expired licence, changed product reference or invalidated summary must lead to the affected display stopping under the agreed procedure. Retailers arrange removal or replacement of printed and offline materials under their control: a paper poster cannot be remotely erased. An outdated or disconnected display must be identified or removed rather than presented as current.

08

Network management and contract termination

Administration rights are limited to authorised people and stores. Head office does not automatically gain access to every location’s private data. Scope changes are approved before billing. At service end, new feeds stop and the retailer removes content whose display rights have expired; retailer-owned hardware remains its property. Export requests, payments, cancellation and disputes follow the general terms, without extinguishing withdrawal, confidentiality or statutory record-keeping obligations.
